Divine Mercy Radio Invites Young Adults to an Ice Cream Social Following NC State Catholic Campus Ministry Mass

RALEIGH, N.C. — Divine Mercy Radio is inviting college students, young adults, and the entire community to enjoy an evening of fellowship, faith, and frozen treats at a special Ice Cream Social on Sunday, August 23, immediately following the 7:00 p.m. Mass at Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral.

Hosted in partnership with the NC State Catholic Campus Ministry (CCM), the event is designed to welcome students back to campus, encourage new friendships, and introduce young adults to the many resources available to help them grow in their Catholic faith.

Attendees will enjoy complimentary ice cream while meeting fellow students, young professionals, and members of the local Catholic community. Divine Mercy Radio staff and volunteers will also be on hand to share information about the station's programming, mobile app, podcasts, and other free resources that help Catholics continue learning and living their faith throughout the week.

"As students begin a new academic year, we want them to know they have a Catholic community that is here to support them," said Melissa Savage, Executive Director of Divine Mercy Radio. "Whether you're new to Raleigh, returning to campus, or simply looking to meet other faithful young adults, we'd love for you to join us for an evening of fellowship and a scoop (or two!) of ice cream."

Everyone is welcome to attend.
